To be entitled to Dart'Agnan Loyalty Points, you must be a registred customer on our Web site and be logged in during your transactions. Unfortunately, "Visitor" customer cannot acces this reward.
The Points offered for each item as well as their conversion values are clearly displayed when you place an item in your cart. When you have reached the minimum Points required, you can convert them into a Voucher applicable on a subsequent order.
The Points accumulated during a purchase will be available as soon as the carrier notifies us of the delivery of your order to the address mentioned on your purchase invoice.
All details of your accumulated, converted and used Points are easily accessible at all times among other information in your account page.
Your Loyalty Points convert into a Voucher are applied as a payment method (like cash) and not as a reduction or discount on your order. Your Voucher is therefore applied "Taxes Included", which means that the total of your Voucher displayed during the transaction is reduced by the amount equivalent to the sales tax of your region which is automatically reduced by the same amount on your invoice.
Here is a concrete example. You have in hand a Voucher worth $8.00 applicable on your purchase and the sales tax to be paid for your region is 10%. Your shopping cart totals $50.00.

Points received from a returned or canceled purshase will be deducted from your account.
Dart'Agnan reserves the right to modify the conditions or end this promotion at any time. In the event of the suspension of this promotion, all your accumulated Dart'Agnan Loyalty Points will be converted into a voucher that can be used at the time of your choice.
